It's Skiz's Original RAW Sri Lankan Curry Powder. Made from Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and fennel seeds, the raw (as opposed to roasted) mixture is used for making vegetable curries, and can be used with practically any vegetable. The Roasted variety is reserved for meats and fish.
